I originally ordered the spiced vanilla scent and didn’t care for it. I was super impressed with the amazing customer service from the seller who offered to replace it and send me another scent free of charge. I ended up getting the passionfruit mango. The scent is amazing. Smells so good. However, when I burned it, I noticed that the center of the candle burned down, leaving the sides high with wax, so it definitely does not burn evenly at all. At a certain point, the wick barely stays lit, because so much wax is falling down the sides and pooling in the center as it burns down lower. Definitely a disappointment. I actually ordered another one to give us a gift so I’m really hoping they don’t have the same problem. Unfortunately, I most likely would not purchase this brand again.

Such a proactive and customer-oriented experience. I wasn’t crazy about the scent of the first candle I ordered and Lulu Candles immediately reached out and offered to send me another candle of my choice as a replacement. Very delighted with the service and support, and loved the second candle’s scent.

Cute packaging, but for me it stopped there. The scent is sickly sweet. I’ve had passion fruit and mango candles from other companies that smelled sublime. This one misses the mark and is hard to smell for long periods of time. The first time I burned it, I let it burn for 4 hours. Instead of melting too the edge of the candle it started tunneling almost immediately. I’ve googled how to save candles and everything I’ve tried is a waste bc every time I light it again it tunnels. Overall a disappointment and a waste of money.
