Haven't seen any difference from night till day, no secretions. The stickers are far too small to hold it in your belly button hole, the stickers barely fit. I use big fabric type bandaids or athletic compression tape. I noticed no matter my movement the sticker moved then I was wondering, if the ball is still in my belly button It was there!!!! Im No Dummy... Lol. Went through 3 the first night and only 1 each night since. I'm just not showing results but TIME.

I guess because of my age, this product made me feel terrible in the morning. I used the bathroom several times (suppose too but too strong for me). For a younger person, just I’m sure it will be very good for them.

The smell is so strong that you spend your morning trying to get rid of plus it doesn't stick. Disappointed
