The flat back is great and they look awesome. The back doesn’t stay on for one of the gold earrings I received so those are unwearable which is a bummer. All the others are great and don’t irritate my ears at all.

These are really cute, I needed something I could wear and not take off. I haven’t been able to wear them because the stems are too short for my ears. I can’t tell you if they work anything else about then. They are sitting in a case still.

Then you shouldn't wear them continuously. Like other reviews, you want to clean them more often than you would with others. The issue is if you have thicker earlobes, there's not much space for your skin to breathe. My husband's right ear began to have skin breakdown after only a few days of sleeping and showering.I would have given these 5 stars if they were longer. That's literally the only complaint! If they were longer, they would be perfect and all the extra steps of cleaning and switching out wouldn't be needed.

It came poorly package. I can’t get some of the backs off of the earrings. I guess it doesn’t matter because they are too small for my ear lobes.

No infected ears! I've never found earring I could wear that wouldn't get my ears infected. It's been years since I've worn earrings. I thought I'd give it one last shot and wow, these actually are perfect. I did have trouble getting most of them unscrewed the first time though. I had to use pliers and one I had to use a vice and pliers. The one I had to use the vice got stripped and I had to throw away. Seemed a little extreme. Maybe make a normal human being can get them unscrewed before sending them off?

I really like the look of these but due to the size of them I don’t recommend wearing them in The shower because water gets trapped between them and your ear and starts to smell.

First things first, to put them in they have to be screwed in. Just keep spinning the back until you can’t spin it anymore and those suckers will stay in your ear no matter what! I ride a motorcycle and am constantly pulling my full face helmet on and off, these are perfect because the backing doesn’t stab me and they stay in my ears. I love that these look like gauges and they are perfect for my sensitive skin.
