My 5 years old asked me to buy her a toys shop where she can display mini toys, after a lot of searching I've found this and that's exactly how she wanted it. Not sure why so many bad reviews, it takes a long time to build but once done is amazing. I like the fact that you have to collect the toys, and my girl is very happy with it

Brought for my Daughter, they're a bit flimsy but my Daughter loves playing with these, so regardless she's happy. Not to bad to put together, although it was missing a few pieces for the shelves but fortunately we had some spares of what was needed from when I've brought the five surprise toy balls, so thankfully it wasn't an issue and could finish putting it all together.

My daughter absolutely loves these little surprise balls and so to have the entire ship to display them in is just great! We put it together over about 1 hour, it's a bit fiddly but once it's together it's great, she played for hours! Definitely worth the effort!

This set is very cute! My daughter loves it. It’s all sturdy and looks fab. Unfortunately we’ve set it up on her birthday to see that there are a few missing pieces. Thankfully it can still be played with though. One other thing is that you can purchases a few extra shelves however can’t seem to find these online, shame it doesn’t come with a full set. Over all it’s a nice set!

I bought one of these Toy Mini Brands for my daughter as she is crazy about the miniature collectibles and desperately wanted to play 'shop' with them. At the time of buying, this matching shop was discounted so I thought 'why not?'Well, what a complete headache it turned out to be! I was most of the way through building the first set (and I say 'first' as I had to get two in the end) when I found that one of the curved, end-of-aisle shelves was missing a strut - and as these kinds of shelves are not available in the surprise balls themselves, it's not like I could wait it out until we got a spare. My daughter was disappointed obviously (we both were, especially as I had wasted all that time building it for her!) So, I applied for a return and replacement. Amazon sent me out a replacement next day which was brilliant, can't fault their customer service at all.Luckily, I had the presence of mind to hold off returning the first set until I had built the second as that too had parts missing (this time a shelf insert - although I mysteriously had an extra but faulty shelf strut instead). I managed to complete the shop in the end by using the new set and the one I was about to return.I would honestly give it an overall two stars for this review, I only added the extra one as my daughter was so pleased to be finally playing with it. Quality is also not great - the pieces come apart frequently and it's incredibly fiddly to put together (which takes time - NOT a 30 minute, stress-free job!). As I had built it twice, I definitely found it easier the second time around. But, when you think about it, I should not have HAD to build it TWICE.I see from other reviews that missing parts is not uncommon. Zuru really need to sort out their quality control with this item. I also don't understand why there is so much construction for the end-user with so many tiny parts (and the tiny parts make it overall not sturdy). Obviously some of the shelves, trollies and carts need to be in small parts as they are a 'surprise' that need to fit in the small balls - but there is NO NEED to have this whole set like it, it comes in a big box! Surely they could have manufactured plastic parts especially for this set that does not take so much time to build and are overall sturdier .Definitely not worth the money - even at a discount. However, my daughter is happy (finally!)EDIT: ***A couple of months down the line. Star rating has been downgraded also.*** So, after my daughter's initial excitement about this shop, she finds it incredibly fiddly to place anything on the shelves. If you touch something on the set or move it an inch (say, from the coffee table to a window sill), most of it falls apart. Absolutely FORGET moving it anywhere. The stickers on the shelves (that I so carefully applied when building) lift at the edges about 7 hours in. It's about to be filed under 'bin' (plastic recycling, I hope it is recyclable). Biggest waste of money for a toy I've experienced so far (my daughter is seven, nearly eight). The kid in your life may want a 'shop' for their mini's - just don't choose this.

Mini brands is the big hit with my daughter, we had loads of the surprise balls so got her this toy shop so she could have the play set to go with it, loads of entertainment and fun and the balls are not too expensive to add on to grow her collection, great hit for my daughter!

We are big mini brand fans , we added the shop to our collection as not only could my daughter play with it she can store all her mini brands in it to . . The shop includes baskets, trolleys , shelves and tills.100% recommend and it would make an ideal Christmas present for any mini brand fan .
