Q: Can i use this at the beach?

Surely you can use this fire pit at the beach, but please keep it clean and dry after use.

Q: what are the dimensions once fully assembled?

The size of this fire pit is just as shown in picture of porduct page, 15.8"X15.8"X7.8"

Q: This product does not have an ash collection tray. How do you solve this problem?

I had the same thought, and I have a solution. I found a cookie sheet pan that is just the right size to set the fire pit into. It's also very handy for moving it around. I just assemble the fire pit in the pan and then it can be picked up and moved without it coming apart. I use a cat litter box hand shovel to scrap and pick up the ashes. And it stows well together when you pack it up into the carry bag.
