I put my bare feet onto the the mat and very quickly felt a tingle in my feet, after around 10 minutes this feeling was felt in my legs and eventually after around 40 minutes I started to get the feeling in my fingers. This is apparently due to improved circulation, I have been sleeping better over the last few days and as a person with ADHD, sleep is something that often eludes me.

I saw YouTube videos about grounding and thought I’d give it a go. I bought the foot pad and the pillow. To be honest I’ve not noticed any difference.. that’s not a say doesn’t work. Some people have remarkable success with this grounding back to me. The jury is out.

I have it plugged in but how do I know its working? I cant feel anything.

It s ideal for cold, rainy wether, as we can t take off our shoes in a garden or at the beach and empty our nerves... I was skeptical, but I see results... Best product

Being close to the ground has shown many benefits in multiple studies and this tempted me to get a bedsheet layer to earth myself when im sleeping. This has significantly improved my sleeping quality and made me wonder how I can bring this to other activities I do.This is a great smaller mat that can be used during yoga/ exercise or meditation. The latter being the most important to me. The mat is thick and comfortable to stand and sit on and the cable is plenty long to get his anywhere in the house.
