Best Cookbook EVER - Best Tastes and Amazing Flavors - HEALTHY - Anti-Inflam
Seriously this book is amazing. EVERY recipe is better than what you can get in a great restaurant -and the fact that it is anti-inflammatory is just this huge extra bonus. While the health factor is what got me to this title, the flavors are the best ever- for anyone. I have used this book at least once a week steadily for more than a year (and even before the pandemic). If I could only take one book it would be this one. Recipes that I make over and over include the most delicious spaghetti squash and moroccan beef, the truly life-altering sauce of tomatoes, anchovies and pistachios (among other tasty ingredients and which I use over zucchini "noodles", or pasta), the granola (wow), his smoothie (so good for the skin), and much more! Enjoy it. (Oh, and the book is beautifully produced - pictures, recipe text and layout is easy - and the narratives are both interesting and easy to follow in terms of direction.) Good index, too.

Flavorful, simple recipes that focus on real food and healing!
I am surprised there are not more positive reviews! Inspired by the author’s story about how he improved his health via healthy eating, I eagerly anticipated the release of this cookbook. It does not disappoint. There are no gimmicks – and he even mentions that it took him over 6 months of focusing on healthy eating to notice positive effects. Overall the author encourages limiting sugar, carbs and processed convenience food. The emphasis is on simple, healthy REAL food – unlimited veggies and good fats, meat and dairy in moderation, sensible carbs and prebiotic/probiotic foods for gut health.I found the recipes to be very accessible and simple – yet flavorful. Yes, there are some ingredients that are hard to find if you don’t live in a big city but those ingredients are easily substituted (or available on Amazon). I have made several recipes and all have been stellar - (sliced peaches with feta/pistachios/honey; brussels sprouts/dried cherry salad; harissa roasted spaghetti squash; broccoli w gochujang; roasted sweet potatoes; harissa scallion lamb patties). I have almost all of the salads bookmarked as well as many of the meat dishes. I can’t wait to cook my way through this book!

Beautiful photographs and easy to read recipes.
I was very pleased as I started to go through this book. I like to see what my food should look like and to be able to follow the recipes as written. Very informative.

New Ideas for Healthy Foods and Why
Great introduction and why. I saw this chef on a show and briefly described why he changed to healthy habits, something I have in common with, rheumatoid arthritis. I enjoy cooking healthy foods, reading it from someone who cooks professionally and suffers the same condition helps understand why certain foods we should consume and the alternatives to healthy eating.

Great book awesome recipes.
After a week of following the recipes in this book I felt lighter, healthier and was more active. The Brussels sprouts salad recipe in this book is not to be missed! We make it once to twice a week.

This book is as awesome and stunning as Seamus Mullen's story. THere is no magic about his concept, no miraculous functional food. Just the real thing: only good natural food, no industrial sugar and starches. Read, enjoy and get healed!
