It works as described, I could definitely feel the muscle contractions. I like that it ha different modes, and I have a couple favorites. It's fairly easy to use and over time, you can build up the intensity. After using it, I feel like I've had a tummy work-out.Next step is building up my discipline to use it frequently enough, lol.

I just got this ems toner. I was really excited to start to use it. But huge disappointment!! The QR code doesn’t work in the instructions given. So I went to the URL it was trying to reach and there is a message that this homepage was taken down. Well if you are selling something that can only be used with an app you better have a place where buyers can get the app! The ems doesn’t come with a remote—app only! I found an email for tech support—so will wait a couple days to see if someone responds otherwise I will send this useless item back because there is no other way to download the app to use it besides the QR code—just frustrating

I got it a few days ago and started using it immediately. Abs is a more challenging area to get toned and I felt I needed some extra support. I love the way it was packaged and how easy and intuitive it is to use. I already feel a difference after a few days and am excited to see what's going to happen in a few months. Great value and great abs simulator. It is convenient to wear while running errands or sitting in front of the computer

The product seems to work well enough but the sticky pads don't last long in fact the stomach pad only lasted one use so I need replacements how do I get those.One of the things that I used it for was I had a knee replacement and I used it to break up the scar tissue and increase the muscles around my kneecap or knee joint.

The device itself is easy to put together only issue is with the gel pads and the gel that comes with the pad comes off relatively easy if your not careful. The device seems to make my muscles tense up but it mostly feels like I'm being electrocuted regardless its a fun device to mess with with your friends I can't tell whether or not this is a legitimate device for burning belly fat but if anything its a nice sports massage not very easy to maintain but mine did come with a peice of plastic film so I use that as a cover for the gel pads.

I found this fairly easy to use. You just remove the plastic from the sticky side and then put it on your skin. Make sure you save the plastic to reattach it to! They should mention that in the directions.I started out just with one on my arm to see how it would feel. I kept it on for about 15 minutes. Different settings worked the muscle in different ways. I could feel that my muscle had been worked after I removed the device. It has a heavy feel.The surprising thing I discovered is that this is good for deep tissue stimulation of injured/sore muscles. I have a muscle on the “wing” of my shoulder blade that gets tight and locks up. I played around with settings after putting the smaller strap over that area of muscle. It felt painful at first while the muscle was stimulated but after a few minutes of use, it felt much less tight and less sore.

ORIGINAL - 5 StarsPretty easy to set up and apply. Of the 6 programs there are a few that at high intensity are really powerful. Definitely feel the abs toning. Have used for about 2 weeks now. Don’t expect to get ripped on this alone, but it’s a nice aid when just sitting and working from home. I think of it as a nice compliment to wanting to be fit overall. Price wise - I have no complaints. This unit was ranked fairly high which is why I bought it. Good value.UPDATE - 2 StarsUnfortunately the unit stopped working. I swapped batteries and since it comes with 3x program devices, I tried the other ones too. No difference. Not sure if I’m just out of luck, but this unit lasted overall about a month for me. I only used the main abs part, not the two other parts for thighs/arms
