Look Ma, no sleeves!
Everything as advertised. Lids and stirrers do what you'd expect, but of course the cups are the stars of the show. If you find 'sleeves' always seem to slip off of other hot cups, you'll love these - the insulation is built-in, yet the cup isn't styrofoam. They seem to hold up well (although I haven't tried microwaving or re-using them as other reviewers have indicated). The ribbed surface almost makes it hard to have the cup slip in your hand, even if you wanted to. All around, very nice product.

Five star product!
I bought this product for my office kitchen and it’s been loved by everyone over the current cups. The cups themselves are extremely sturdy and so well insulated! With other cups, you always need a sleeve, but with this it’s just pour and go!The lids are also great and the seal between the cup and the lid is precise... no spill overs whatsoever!We love this product at my work and will be ordering it all the time from now.

totally heat resistant and matches my logo
I didn't believe the reviews but took a chance that i wouldn't need a cardboard sleeve, and wow! The reviews were right. Hot steamy coffee, ready to hold. Tops fit snug and dont snap like other thin plastic tops. The color matches perfect for my cafe stand. I'm so happy with these cups!

Love these - will order in the future again
The quality of these is really top of the line They are recyclable which I find very important. Love them. They do not bend and the lids seem to fit great. Cute design and color as well.

Beautiful as well as functional.
Laid up for 6-8 weeks with a broken ankle and I needed to reduce coffee related dishes. Cups are heavy duty which allows me extended usage. Set is beautiful as well as functional.

Good ... But... leaky lids
Heat retention was great, however the lids leaked, dribbled on front of clothes. Bummer.Really wanted to reorder but can’t chance it.

East cups offered everything that I needed, they were sturdy enough to survive me and the kids, and even included a pack of little spoons!
