The Lights and display panel stop working and the faucet leaks
When I purchased this product last year, there were no reviews. We got it installed as a part of our bathroom updates in July 2022. I recommended this product to a lot of friends but held back on writing a review becos I wanted to try the product before I write a review. I rely on reviews for a lot of my purchases and know that a lot of people do the same.My initial experience was great. But the faucet slowly started leaking and then one day the lights and the display stopped working. Now when I turn on the shower, there's a leak at the bottom. We checked with 2 different plumbers and they both confirmed that its the faucet and not the connection. Very disappointed. I was looking for a way to connect with the seller but don't see an option for it. Hoping to find a resolution for this. Its a beautiful piece but very disappointed with the result.

The media could not be loaded. A little more complicated to install than expected due to old plumbing. Can't change temperature reading from F to C (instructions are in C) but otherwise it's great! Works well and looks great!

Love it, but display doesn’t work after 5 months
We loved this for our new bathroom renovation, we even installed 2, for a double walk-in shower. However, the display has stopped working after 5 months. Very disappointed! All other features have been fantastic!
