Really pleased with this chair. It was easy to put together and is comfortable. I sit on it for over 10 hours a day on a regular basis and it is always comfortable. The only thing that would make it better would be a longer cable for the massager remote control. It doesn't quite reach the plug socket when I'm sat at my desk. I've had it well over a year now and still going strong. Plus the grey velour material I chose is nice quality considering the price i paid for it.

Arrived well packed,so easy to assemble with clear instructions. Very comfortable with good back support. Massage addition works really well. Good value for money fairly light weight moves on castors nicely just what I wanted for my new craft room.

Easy to build but poor quality product. Leg rest is flimsy. Really uncomfortable to sit on. Wish I hadn’t purchased it now, you feel all the massage parts. Loud sound from massage function. Took out the extended warranty on this. Think may be used in the future as it’s really poor quality.

I bought this chair since my previous one fell apart and given the price it's a really good chair. I've seen on other reviews people saying that the chair gradually slides down and isn't really suitable for people under 5 foot 5, well I'm 6'2 and weigh 100kg and I've encountered none of these problems. The chair has never dropped whilst being sat in it and it's sturdy and supportive. The vibrate function is pleasant, though it's not really a deep massage so if you're expecting something like that, you'll likely have to buy a much more expensive chair.My only criticism is that the arms of the chair are fixed by two points and so subsequently 'wobble' a little bit, other than that it's a fantastic office/computer chair.

I was a little apprehensive about this chair having read some of the reviews however, having now assembled it I can assuredly say this is the best purchase i've ever made. The chair is so comfortable, and the white fluffy material is just beautiful. Combined with the footrest, the adjustable back and the massage function, it's safe to say I could easily sit in it for hours.It's easy enough to assemble, and gives all the benefits of an ergonomic chair with the added benefit of being aesthetically pleasing. The massage function works well even when plugged into an extension cable. The only down side i would say is the wires do show at the back of the chair but this is minor compared to the comfort of the chair.I'll be intrigued to see whether this stands the test of time!

The media could not be loaded. This product has reasonable height adjustment, and the massager works. However, the armrest is an irritation. They are very unstable even when tightened to the max. Another irritant is the constant clicking sound of the spring in the attachment under the seat. Also, the cushion in this seat is not comfortable. The seat feels hard and can become uncomfortable in a short period of time.Overal, this product needs improved seat cushion and arm rest stability to improve the rating.

Bought this chair for my son. I have a blue fabric one. His was brown leather. However remote stayed on only when holding button . When you let go of button it stayed off and couldn't change setting. The back he had issues with it staying up . Contacted customer who were brilliant but it was not ideal to keep for the issues so paid £20 to send it back via royal mail parcel service. Mine I love haven't had issues with same design different seller. Blisswood customer service were good. Couldn't fault them. Pity it was not ideal working condition otherwise I would've kept it. Quality of chair had no issues with. For the money it's value.it looks good too. Assembly was ok
