I have definitely seen an improvement in my physical state since I definitely feel much more better compared to when I first started taking them.However, I am due for a blood test soon and will see a comparison between before and after!

Improving Energy and Memory
Good value for money supplement. Quickly dispatched and arrived in good condition. I have noticed an improvement in my energy levels and in my memory and hope these will continue to improve as the level of B12 in my blood goes up. I take the B12 tablets in conjunction with other B vitamins for the best outcome. I think I prefer sublingual B12, but these tablets are small and very easy to swallow.I would buy from Oxford Vitality again.

Probably works.. but cant see much difference
Been taking these for a month or even more, i dont see or feel any difference..

Tiny easy to swallow pills, don't leave any after taste, can't comment on any positive affect as its only been 1 week

Quality product + some ethics
Really pleased with this purchase. Packaging minimal which is great to see. Been taking the tablets for a few days and energy levels feeling more stable. Tablets are really small which is great as I have quite a lot of meds to take (have MS). Really like the ethos of Oxford vitality
