A, to what you ingest from spinach or other veg)Also the extra vitamin D supplied through this supplement helps to top up when sunlight isn't prominentI take 3 a day.

Yes its is expensive, works out as one bottle per month. I think its worth it. 3 months in and its already had a huge effect on myself health wise. Seems to be good for hormonal regulation. I believe its good stuff and worth the money. The first supplement that I have taken that actually seems to be effective.

This product is amazing: I m sleeping better, a lot of energy and more focused on my job. I highly recommended this product!

I always buy these they help soo much more than usual with sleep,libido,immune system etc i do not see any help with any of the other cheaper ones out there thanks
