Sure Health pill cutter works well
This pill cutter has a sharp blade that seems to hold the pill in place so you can cut the pill accurately. I managed to cut pills, in half, half again and again (down to 1/8th size - good for animals/birds that can use the same medication but different dose required for worms etc) The blade made a clean cut very easily

Good for cutting in half!
There is nothing wrong with this cutter. It cuts in half well but I need to cut the pill into quarters. I did so by turning the two halves and then cutting again. Consequently some quarters were much smaller. In all good quality but not for quartering.
