Initially, I was unsure of what to expect from this offering but turns out I am so very pleased. In less than 1 hour from the time the amazing Amazon driver carefully delivered the package, Jim Beam & I had it assembled.Clear instructions, Quality craftsmanship, Hardware (w/extra) and Allen wrench included made assembly effortless. The chair is very Comfortable & the height adjustment is perfect for my needs. Durability remains to be seen but no reason to expect other than above average life.If you gonna eat Cheetos while sitting in it, don’t get the black - opt for orange.

I assembled todayPros- Nice cloth surfaces- Good height range- Arms lift away easily away to suit sitter's preferenceMids- The wheels aren't as smooth as they could be- Instructions included. All parts included. Steps could be worse.- Ideally there would be a way to totally remove arms. They are still somewhat in way.Cons- No reclining- Too easy to cross threads of bolts. Much time wasted trying to get a clean threading.- Instructions should clearly state that one has to use force to get casters on

The seat cushion is fairly comfortable and the chair works well for my adjustable heigh standing desk. The footrest works for me too. However, long periods of sitting are plagued by the arm rests which have no cushion and the back the the chair doesn't have enough adjustment to actually support my back. Like others have said, there are occasional LOUD creaks. Assembly was pretty easy but the parts aren't amazing quality — you get what you pay for.

Easy to assemble and perfect for my needs. I’m a jeweler so I can set it pretty low for some jobs at my bench and raise it higher for others. I’ve been using two different chairs for many years because I’m a creature of habit. This one replaces both, so I’ve gained a little bit of extra room in my shop. I also like how the armrests lock in the up position so they won’t drop down when I need them to be out of the way.The casters look like they may not be durable enough for the long haul but that’s a pretty easy fix if it comes to that.

We have a desk in our office that sits higher than the average desk, so this works perfectly to put me at the right height. NIce to have the foot rest as well
