Fairly comfortable chair for the price, good adjustments, headrest is a little fiddly and it makes an awful creaking noise after just 3 weeks, other than that not bad.Got in contact with the company, who told me to basically retighten the bolts (After I had said that I'd checked them) No mention about any of the wobble in the back itself, after a month and 2-3 weeks I sent this back, it became so bad it felt like you were never truly sitting, always floating, leaning to one side, the noise just got worse and worse, back rest had left and right wobble, amongst other issues.Realm of thrones themselves offered to pick up and refund the item, however I chose to go with Amazon as they had to contact their supplier each time I contacted them, making the process quite delayed.After I had returned the item and got a refund (Thanks Amazon) They emailed me saying they had received the item and know that I got my refund and to take down the negative review on here because they are "Struggling to sell the chair"They have also said they've taken actions to fix the issues for further production (However no details were given / photos and I don't trust this due to the non mentioning of the other issues I had when emailed)Personally for this much and how suspect it all seems I would avoid this company and chair, I've actually just bought a seat cushion and back cushion for a £30 dining chair that has so far been perfect and much more comfortable (The cushion set is from everlasting comfort, £57 on sale)Review date 19/06/2023
