This was a great product. Good flavor and enough to use multiple times.

These crumbs add a really nice layer of flavor to your chicken.I used it on boneless chicken thighs, marinated them in some pickle juice, coated in the crumbs and some seasonings, and crisped them up in the air fryer.I really enjoyed the crispy texture and pretzel flavor!It is a little on the pricey side, $9 for 12oz package, at the time of this review, but certainly less than having a meal out with the family, and it's nice to have easy ways to change up boring chicken.

This left my pork chops looking anemic and there is absolutely NO flavor with this.

I really liked using this and it is a great tasting alternative to breadcrumbs. This is a just pretzel crumbs that have been chopped fine, so it coats your food well. It stays on the surface of the food very nice even when cooking. I couldn't find an expiration date on my package, but it did taste fresh. The package also states it is certified Kosher. I first made a breaded chicken in the Air Fryer with this. I just used this in place of breadcrumbs and added my usual seasonings. It coated my chicken breasts nicely and fried up perfectly, without drying out the chicken. I didn't tell my family that I used Pretzel Crumbs instead of breadcrumbs. They didn't notice at first, but when I told them they said it tasted really good. (They're not much for giving compliments.) I also like to make a baked macaroni and cheese with breadcrumbs on top and a meatloaf with breadcrumbs in the mixture. I think I am going to try making those two foods next using the pretzel crumbs instead of breadcrumbs. At $0.67/ounce, I feel this is a really good value and is a great alternative to breadcrumbs. It also sticks to your food well even when cooking and it tastes very good. I highly recommend this.
