I got these for my adult son. He often takes 3mg before bed. They work decently to help him sleep. The gummies are soft, and have a kinda mixed berry flavor. They taste good...like candy. Even though they have a child proof cap, I suggest keeping them out of reach, since older children can probably get into them. The bottle has a qty of 90. The label is misleading, because it says these gummies are 3mg. But, they're actually 1mg gummies, that require you to consume 3 gummies to get a 3mg dose. I did a bit of light research on Amazon. I found that these are not as cost effective, compared to other brands. I found quite a few other brands that are more cost effective. They would've been a good deal if each of the gummies was actually 3mg. I removed 1 star due to the label kinda being misleading, and actually making them less cost effective, than I originally thought they were. These gummies are not immediate release chews. So, you'll need to make sure to take the dose 30 minutes before bed. It also good to chew thoroughly before swallowing. Being so tasty makes it hard to do that. 😅
