I bought this clock in June 2023. November 2024 like many reviewers the clock went out. It would freeze on one number. There is a customer service email address on the bottom of the unit. I contacted them and sent them a picture of what happened. They responded asking for my order number and address and sent me a new one.I am giving a 5 star rating because of customer service. Product might not last.

The light settings are perfect, and I like that I can control the brightness of both the clock and light on top. The watch charger port is compact and hides the cord, so leaves my desk looking neat. I’ve had it for a couple months and still works amazing!

Not gonna lie, alarm is really loud and annoying. That’s the plus about it. When slapping the clock though to shut it off, it’s easy to screw up the time on it which becomes the issue.Need to supply your own watch cableAlso eventually the display just dies. Bought three of these and two of the three the times just went black. Dimmers didn’t do anything.Build quality, plastic and simple. When works it was loud and charged phone well but…not built to last

The the lights and functions on the clock malfunctioned after barely a year. I was then contacted by the customer service dept and they offered to replace the item at no charge. Very much appreciated they responded so quickly. Received the replacement in less than a week.

Nice large clock face. Has a lay flat phone charger and stand for Apple Watch. There is an area for Airpod charging which is tucked under the watch area next to the phone charging area. You do need your watch charging ring as this does not have charging built in for the watch.Was easy to set up. Just place your watch charging ring on the watch dock, run the cable through guides and into a compartment in the rear of the unit. Plug the watch charging cable into the USB-C port in that compartment and close the compartment.There are four tiny buttons on the top of the clock/nightlight area. They allow you to set time and alarm, and a big button changes nightlight color (seven different) and turn the alarm off. If it goes off Clock allows you to use 12 or 24 hour time types.There are two thumb wheels on the back of the clock/nightlight area to vary the brightness of the Clock and Nightlight from 0 to 100%The power supply connects to the back of the unit by USB-A to a wall wart.

I really like this charging station, but I had to return it back only because it didn't charge my iPhone. That was my fault because I didn't read the full details. My phone has a cover with a magnetic ring and it will not charge with the cover and I don't want to remove my cover every night. Other than that, it was easy to assemble, I loved the lights and EVERYTHING fit so perfectly for charging.

The media could not be loaded. Got this since I have trouble waking up with the phone alarms. Concept is great with the alarm clock, multiple charging points and LED night light, however the quality did not suffice as a little into a few weeks of use it’s now defective. Pretty disappointing as it worked well for the time it was okay.

Overall good product, cool alarm feature, nice change of lights mode.It brings a area to charge your watch, but does NOT bring watch charger ( sold separately )Customer service was awesome and helpful.

Muy lenta la carga del celular

We have only owned this clock for 10 months. The clock display stopped working. Cannot see the numbers at all. Would like to contact the seller but cannot find ANYWHERE to contact them or Amazon directly. Someone please contact me to help with this issue. A $50 clock should last longer than 11 months!

Update - After writing this review, the seller contacted me and sent me a new charger. Their customer service is excellent and I recommend them to anyone wanting to get a charger. If there are any problems, I think they will replace it even though it is well past the return date, such as mine was.The phone charger never worked but I mainly bought this charger to charge my Apple Watch and for the clock. This worked for about seven months but then this week the alarm kept going off at random times even when the alarm was turned off. Also the clock started going to 12:00 even though there was no power disruption. I unplugged it several times but that didn’t correct the problem. I am disappointed that this charger lasted only seven months and is now garbage.

Only downside is you cant use phone if charging
