The bench itself is fine. It’s sturdy and works well for how affordable to price tag is. However, mine came with a defective piece, the part that attaches the leg holders to the frame. I reached out to the company to see if they could send me a replacement and they reached out and we were able to accommodate my request. Very easy to work with, very happy with the bench

I was pleasantly surprised upon receiving this bench, the quality and sturdiness was beyond what I was expecting and actually very similar to most professional gyms. I definitely prefer the notched method for the main back support angle adjustment as opposed to the often seen peg needing to be inserted as that is a pain to line up constantly when adjusting many times per workout. In all of the back adjustment settings the bench is super solid with no flexing. Even when benching a heavy weight the back padded piece is very solid and comfortable. This is super easy to wipe down post-workout too. The seat is fairly easy to adjust however it requires the removal and insertion of a pin to lock its positioning, I would have liked to see a similar style as the back piece but typically the base isn't adjusted as often as the back piece. The leg support has great padding, is comfortable and easy to adjust (pin style) and even swing up out the way entirely. I especially love the dial to adjust the foot leveling as rarely are home foundations / garage floors poured with any care (flat), having this adjustment ensures rock-solid support during use. The adjustable head rest is very nice as well, especially if you are taller. I am only 5'10" so I have it in the lowest setting but it is still comfortable and I love never having to worry about my head being near or off the top of the bench.I do however have one gripe... This bench is quite tall (ground to top of pad). Even when in the completely level (base and back) position I find I cannot comfortably have my feet on the ground. I have two pieces of 2x10" on the ground parallel to the bench on either side for my feet to sit on. Especially when bench pressing I need to have my feet solidly on the ground to either side and I find this bench about 2" too tall. I am of very average height proportions and have never encountered this with any other workout bench. I am just mentioning this as anyone shorter than I, would likely have an even more noticed effect. Due to the awesome quality and cost however I continue to use this bench every workout and simply rectified it by using so scrap 2x10" pieces laying around, as that gives me the proper height for my legs to properly thrust and stabilize myself while working out. Yes, I highly recommend this bench.

Erster Eindruck Top, viel hab ich nicht nicht gemacht, aber die Bank ist leicht aufzubauen und sehr stabil! Auch optisch macht sie was her.
