Great for aches and pains
Love these for warm baths.Dissolve really well in warm water and also makes great magnesium oil when mixed with water.Great for aches and pains (my daughter loves it for her leg growing pains).

There is nothing more relaxing than taking as warm bath, with bubbles and relaxing bath salts! This product does not disappoint large bag of magnesium flakes that melt the inflammation away! Would definitely purchase again

Perfect size bag
To get the desired outcome, get this size bag as you have to use 4 cups per bath! I think it helps my sore tired legs.

Use a 1/2 cup with essential oil to soak in baths a few times a month. Leaves us feeling refreshed. Also fun to look at and feel for the kids. Big bag, good value

These magnesium flakes are great! They are definitely way better than epsom salt. I was looking for a better alternative for a tub soak than epsom salt. Read a few things about these magnesium flakes and are glad I did. They are perfect for when you need to soak sore muscles and they absolutely help with a good nights sleep. I use these at least once a week in the tub and soak for at least 20 minutes. That night I sleep very good. Highly recommend !
