I had a knee replacement and this is wonderful. I simply sit on this in the vehicle and swivel around. Love it. I wish it came in different colors so I could have matched my car,

It made my seating too high on the seat and the seat doesn't go down. Otherwise good. Kind of hard.
To get in and out of the car more flexable. I find it have me sitting too high in my car seat. My seat doesn't go down to adjust for the pillow. But it works good.

Better than nothing
Could be more padded on top. It sinks into seat making it hard to turn. Just didn't work well on my toyota tundra seat.

No!
This was the most uncomfortable pad to sit on in the car. I needed assistance in getting out of my car due to breaking 3 bones in my left ankle. It did turn but was completely uncomfortable for driving.

Very nice, but not for me.
If I was shorter in my Toyota Camry I’d keep it & love it, but it makes me too tall in my car, unfortunately. It did assist getting in/out of my car when attempted a few trips to use.

Rotating car pillow.
Was not comfortable. I’m partially disabled and I thought it would help me get in the car easier, but it didn’t. To be fair my car seats are not built in a fashion to accommodate. So I was sitting with a slant.

Really helps after Knee Replacement
Bought for a friend who had knee replacement. She raved and raved about this swivel pad. Couldn't say enough good things about how it helped her right from the day she left the hospital. Uses both in the car and at home.
