These are very comfortable and easy to use. I also have no issue changing shoes, they always stay in place! Most importantly, they give me the heel pain relief I was so desperately looking for.

Fit into my shoes well and provided soft comfort for my painful heels. However, these don’t offer any additional arch support to help prevent plantar fasciitis occurring in the first place. Good for when a full orthopedic insole would render shoes too tight.

These were the 3rd pair of heel cups that I've ordered, all from different companies. I have bad Achilles tendinitis, so was hoping that these would help with the pain better than the others. No such luck. They’re exactly like the other two, but more expensive. I do like the stickiness on the bottoms, though, which helps to keep them in place. However, my search continues for something that actually makes a difference in pain relief inside my shoes.
