I have always been scratching my head at how absurd it was that Sony produced a console that did not stand well when put upright nor did it sit right when put down horizontally. It was really frustrating to me that I had a console that needed some kind of platform to help it in whatever way it was positioned. I think its kind of inconsiderate that they did not at least include something to help stabilize it when put in either the up or down position.Anyways in my opinion, I like the PS5 when it is put horizontally. However, without supports, the console just doesn’t look right in that position. And so, considering all that was said I love this horizontal stand add-on s it makes the console level and balanced. These attachments adhere to my PS5 perfectly. I have the PS5 Slim version with the disk tray. Anyways, I love using this thing just because it finally allows my console to remain flat and straight on my table.I like that this attachment provides 4 USB type A ports to the front. This stand looks attractive, and it by being white it compliments the white and black pattern of the console. Looking at it, you would be mistaken to think that the stand and the console came together from the factory.This stand is able to enhance the beautiful aesthetic of the console by providing a sleek looking light to both ends. The light produces a mesmerizing aura around the system and it enhances my gaming experience as I peering down from the screen to see how nice my PS5 looks. There are many different colours to chose from and all of them look equally good.If you are looking for a horizontal PS5 stand that not only looks nice, but provides a function too (by opening up more USB ports), then perhaps look no further as this stand might be just right for you.

The little plastic legs that come with the PS5 suck. It leaves the PS5 wobbly and I don't think they look that great. However, since the PS5 just sits in a media cabinet and no one ever really touches it, those legs were sufficient and I never really considered an alternative solution.When I saw this horizontal stand I thought I'd give it a try and see how it is and there is more to it than just stability.Here are my observations.- The stand itself is quite easy to assemble, slide the PS5 onto each side and plug in the USB plugs. One plug goes into the USB-A port at the back of the PS5, the other USB-C goes to the other side of the stand, I'm assuming for the LED light.- It looks pretty nice, I don't really care for the LED's but it's nice that you can switch up the colour every once in a while, or have it cycle through the colours.- Instead of just having two USB-C front ports, I now have two USB-C and four USB-A ports along the front for easy access. I don't need to remove my PS5 to attach a USB-A peripheral. One of the USB-A ports is power only and that is clearly indicated on the port itself. I don't have anything that I plug into the USB ports on my PS5, but now if I do, I know I can just do it at the front.- There is a claim that it helps with cooling. I'm not sure it does that much, but it does elevate the PS5 so I guess there is some cooling advantages to it as there's more air that can get around the console. I never had an issue with overheating so this claim doesn't do much for me. But it's nice to have if true.I think it's reasonably priced compared to other options I've seen out there that are $50+ CAD. Overall pretty pleased with the product. The only thing I can't say for sure is how well the USB ports work as I have nothing that I can plug into the PS5 to test it with and give a before/after observation with. However if it's just acting like a USB hub, than I can't see how it wouldn't work as designed/expected.

I personally think the stands are required for the system each, and every PS5 system out so far is a hideous design if you ask me. So having a stand that allows you to put the console horizontally it must have.This particular one is easy to use and it’s good for either the digital or the version just take out or insert the extra piece depending on which one you have.Unlike some other stands out there, this one actually plugs into the back of your console and not the front which is a good thing.There is four USB ports on the front three of which are standard USB-A one is for charging the remote controls, also USB-A.This lights up in nine different colours with five different patterns.If your like me, and do not want to have the system standing up then you need to stand like this.

Always preferred on having my gaming consoles standing horizontally so this stand is perfect for me. Love that it has a RGB light running around it on the bottom. I like setting it on the blue color to match with the PS5 lightening but you can set it in many different color or on random colors mode too. It also help dissipating heat from under your console by lifting it up a bit.Better then the original stand which comes with the console, it's matching nicely with the PS5 so yeah a nice way for showing of your pricey console in the living room ;)
