Everything is good and just missing two parts top

I bought this for my son. He works out regularly and carries this with him to the gym. It has compartments that unzip to put car keys or smaller things in. When it is full of water it tends to be a little heavy, but otherwise it is perfect.

Love the Strong build, lid for every situation, two straws with a cleaner( didn’t even know they had straw brush, love it) l forgot it in the vehicle in the hot sun by accident and my water remained cool. Felt the price was a little high but when I got it I didn’t feel so bad, was worth it to me. Holds a lot 128 ounces, just know it adds to the weight but great overall.

I love the fact that I don't have to worry about having to fill up my water bottle multiple times a day to ensure that I drink 1 gallon of water per day. With this item I only have to fill it up once and can go all day long drinking the recommended amount of water by my doctors. I was excited when I first got this item and saw that it had a shoulder strap/carrying sleave as I like to take my water everywhere I go and I did with great ease and no concern for the first 4 months. That was Until I noticed that the fabric had started to rip and separate thus rendering the carrying sleave and case useless and thus limiting my ability to take this water bottle with me all the time which makes the item essentially useless since the reason why I bought it was to be able to take it with me all the time.

What am i supposed to do with a gallon water jug with no lid or cap?

this thing will hold ice on a hot day for at least 36 hours by then i had drank everything so it could have gone moreas for hot yea not so hot on a day that was 46 degrees i filled this with hot coco and with in 3 hours we had cold chocolate milk
