Giving my toddler choices helps him come to the dinner table so much faster. I ask him, do you want to use your shark utensils or your bear utensils? And he gets so happy when he gets to choose!These utensils are great and I like that they're stainless steel so it helps my son scoop up food easily. They are extremely easy to wash, and the best part of it is that it comes with a matching spreading knife! The knives aren't sharp and cannot hurt my son, but it's flat enough that he can use it to spread things onto his food, like jam onto his bread. Most utensil kits don't come with knives, so this has been great. I didn't even know there were toddler spreading knives out there.I like these so much that I may just order more, but this time the cat and bulldog. So cute!

I have a 18 month old niece and decided to get these for her as she is now a big girl and is starting to eat all by herself!She loves it!!! every time we give her the spoon, she starts to say "bear" and she loves it! she cannot get enough of meal time and she takes a good while playing with the spoon and saying the name of the animals!It is a great time during meal time now!The forks and spoons are cute, well made and very sturdy, they are easy to clean since they are metal they can be cleaned very quickly just like any other silverware!These are the new love of my niece and we are happy she loved them!

Very nice, perfect for kids, my kids love them.

What I liked: Colorful handles with animal decor. Top rack dishwasher safe; no color distortion or chipping thus far. Includes a dull-edge knife, which isn't typically included in toddler utensils. Haven't used the knife as yet.Neutral: Handles are longer than most toddler sets we have. Longer handles are good if an adult is feeding the child, but long handles can be harder for some younger tots to control themselves. The handles are not silicone or nonslip. They are shiny plastic. However, the handles are bumpy (see photos) which does help with gripping.

My kids (4.5 and 1.5) really like this set. My older child likes being able to practice with the knife and the set is easy to grip for both of them. They are on the heavy side but that doesn't seem to be an issue for my toddler. They wash great on the 3rd rack of my disheasher. The only thing I might note that I thought was a bit odd is that the handle for the knives are slightly curved. They are curved in a way that better fits the right hand so it might be challenging for a lefthanded child to use the knives.
