I usually buy extremely expensive Knife sets But I decided by the reviews. Let me try this cheap set for $42. You just never know, right?And it turned out to be the most beautiful sat so sharp. It's nice to finger off in a minuthe. Knives actually were beautiful for being such cheap knives. I tried them out on all kinds of things today. They work fantastic. I mean, I'm very gentle on my kitchen items, but I've only had them 24 hours and if they break or rust. Or crack at the tips. I will update you but for now, I say.They were actually beautiful and fantastic and most important to me Is that they were strong? They're not soft and flimsy, but they're not hard hard. They do not look cheap at all. I fell in love with the ivory color and then the other eye recolor mixed with like a brown. But I took the black. Because if you misplaced one or you break it or whatever you can always buy a black knife to stick in 2. The holder.So I say so far, they're fantastic.Try them out.I love them really?So I'm hoping that I won't have any of those problems with them.Especially being like I said is gentle as I am with my kitchen layer

Great set of knives, good value. They are sharp with a nice presence on the kitchen counter.

These are very well constructed knives. They are weighted perfectly and feel great in the hand, the variety of blade sizes fits most all personal cooking needs. The wood block is pleasing to see on the counter and well constructed. These blades are extremely sharp! Be careful handling/cutting with them. Twice I have sliced a thin piece of skin off a finger...so thin there was no blood! I can not speak of how they handle being in a dishwasher as I hand wash them and put them away immediately into their block to protect them.

I don't normally write reviews but I just had to take the time out to review these knives . They are incredible!!! They are sharp as heck !!! I cut thru a piece of frozen chicken breast with complete ease . I recommend these knives, they are a must have for every kitchen.
