This is a great product! I couldn't get the pump for one of the bottles to open, so requested a replacement (I had hoped to just get a pump but it didn't work that way). My husband kept working on it a little every day and got it to work the day the new set arrived. I've decided to put them on the shelf and keep both sets so I have some when I run out. With as big as these bottles are I probably have at least a 2 year supply. Again, great product. I love how my hair feels. And the fact that it doesn't have phthalates is excellent as some in my household are sensitive to synthetic fragrances.

Made my hair super soft after the first time using it. I always have the hardest time trying to find products that make my hair soft that aren’t super expensive. Definitely love it. And smells amazing!

This shampoo and conditioner was recommended to me by my hairdresser as my hair is dry. It works Very well!! My hair seems much less frizzy. I deducted 1 star for two reasons. First reason: the conditioner bottle was missing a vital part of the pump (as you can see in the pics, conditioner is the coral colored one) therefore the pump didn't work at all so I had to transfer it to another bottle. Big deal? No, but irritating. Secondly for ME I don't love the smell. It has a little bit of an earthy smell. Maybe similar to sandalwood? Maybe I'm smelling the amber. This is strictly a personal preference. But I will admit I do love the way it works!!

I ordered this about 2 months ago and gave it time for my hair to notice the difference. Me personally I am not a fan of the smell, I had to order completely different products from a company since the smell bothered me. I did not notice much of a difference on my hair wise either. Also for anyone that may experience pump issues (like me) I saw one of their videos stating it is a shipping “protocol” to ensure no leakage, but just tighten it on the bottle it will save you 15 minutes lol.

This shampoo and conditioner leaves so much residue, when I got it my daughter asked me to order her a set because she liked the smell so I did. And now I have 2 sets of unusable shampoo and conditioner because they leave our hair in such bad shape. Hers also came in a bottle that we could not get open and she transferred it to a different shampoo bottle to even be able to use it. We have fine straight hair if that makes a difference. The smell is great but the product itself is not for us. I did use it for a full week to make sure it wasn’t something I was doing wrong, my hair looked dirtier every time I used it though,
