These are pretty legit. Build quality seems good. We keep one in every room, a couple in each car's medical bag, and with our day bags. Always good to have on hand and they are very lightweight so it's not a burden. I'd say they're about the size of a can of pop.

These pads make it easy to control bleeding quickly. I keep a couple in my vehicle and one at home with tourniquets and other supplies.

Been reading on what you need in a first aid kit and many said these are a must have item. So I bought them but hope to never have to use them. But better to have and not need them to need and not have.

It's a little hard to review this product because I've never actually had military spec version of this bandage to compare it to. So I don't know if this bandage is normal for its class, or if it's different.The first thing I would would suggest to everybody who hasn't used. One of these is to sacrifice one by opening it up like I did. You don't want to be using this for the first time for an emergency never having tried it before, because it's not just a regular bandage. It has a special clip on top. This designed to be used in a specific way to help you get pressure to use the bandage more effectively.Speaking of using it more effectively, the elastic is not especially springy. But I'm guessing if you really need to use this as a pressure bandage, you'll probably stretch it past the elastic limit until it can't stretch anymore to really pres the bandage down. So maybe that doesn't matter. It seems a bit thin, but you're are going to use a number of layers.One nice thing about it is that it is vacuum sealed. That makes it more compact in your first aid kit. And you can be sure that it is still hermetically sealed and sterile by the fact of the vacuum is intact. Note that it is sealed with two separate bags, so keep that in mind for emergencies that you'll need that slightly extra bit of time to open them both, or you might wind up storing the bandages in just the single inner bag in your kit.

It's hard to rate and review something that is for emergency use when you haven't had an emergency to use it on. So... The packaging seems good. I would recommend taking them out of the outer package. Each bandage is wrapped in two separate packages. I took the green outer wrapping off to make it easier to get into if it's needed. They look like they will work but I hope I never find out.

Thankfully we haven't had to use these! We made a couple dog first aid kits since our dog does Trailing, Snowboarding, Hiking, and Paddleboarding. They appear to be good quality though.
