Very tasty
I was pleasantly surprised by how good this is! The mango and banana one is also really good. Wish it was cheaper though.

Nice flavour, not as much protein as some other brands/products
Nice flavour and consistency and makes me feel less sicky than the dairy ones, just with the protein count was higher. I feel like 20g should be the standard for protein yogs.

Not great
Good taste, awful smell and like 20g sugar. And half a gram of salt? For a small yogurt? Not really sure why that’s necessary.

Delicious alternative for anyone who is dairy free - not keto or low carb friendly though
I think that this has a really nice rich creamy texture and the flavour is delicious. I haven’t been able to eat yoghurt for a long time because I am quite lactose intolerant. However, wanted to get the benefits of probiotics and also high protein snacks that I could have in between meals or as a healthy dessert.I tend to have this with other fruits mixed in and have found that you can’t really go wrong. I have tried both flavours and don’t have a preference either of them. I like them equally.Would recommend - although if you are doing anything that is specifically low-carb or keto like this might not fit into your nutritional requirements
