Great cooking book. It was in decent shape for a used book.

This man is a genius.

This is really a seafood cookbook, with just a few of meat, even though this is not mentioned. Otherwise, there are some very good ways to have your sauce and diet, too.

Bought this because I saw it recommended by chef in magazine. Strange book, may be of some benefit if you are a professional chef, it is downstairs on my donate pile
