Storage Chest Handcrafted with Mughal-inspired Brass Inlays

I bought 1 for my 21 year old daughters birthday. I❤️So much I bought 2 more for my other 2 teenage daughters. I would have given 5⭐️ But 1 out of 3 was a inch shorter. The print on the shorter 1 is slightly off. But I’m not displeased enough to return it. I wouldn’t even know 1 is slightly off if I didn’t have 3. In fact I’m buying myself 1 also. Good quality for the price. Probably would be $15-$25 at most stores maybe more with some of these shops. Great as a gift. I couldn’t imagine anyone being displeased to receive it. If you are looking for a heirloom chest like ur grandmother's. I would suggest spending a lot more on a hand carved/ hand crafted chest made of a better quality of wood. Like walnut or mahogany. You are not going to get your grandmother’s heirloom chest for $8.00 and you know it.😁

Returned item, looked very nice but had a terrible chemical smell

So I ordered this last year and I'm finally getting around to writing a review. I bought this because it was a black Friday 'sale', I thought I was getting a good deal. It was on 'sale' for 75% off so I bought it thinking it would be a good gift at a good price. When I got it, it was much more shoddily made than the nice boxing the picture. The wood was rough in spots, the inlay was mediocre, a couple corners were damaged. Needless to say I sent it back and got a full refund, but you get what you pay for.. if you want a $20 box this is it, but don't expect it to be better than that.

The wood and brass inlay is beautiful, but the lid does not fit flush as if the wood of the lid is warped.

This was a very nice surprise in quality and workmanship. Once I opened it I was immediately taken aback by its' quality given its' price. Very happy with this purchase.

This is a good product. The reason for the 4 vs 5 stars is that the one I received is a bit hard to open and close like it isn't lined up quite right. On the plus side, there is a lining inside to keep valuables from getting scratched. I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my fair and honest review.
