Excellent HDMI splitter, passes video and audio beautifully.
This is an excellent HDMI splitter. When you connect it, it is recognized as an HDMI SPLITTER, making it easy to identify on a PC. Both the video and audio pass through without any issues. The splitter includes LED lights that show when the input is active and when all the outputs are being used. It does require an external power source, which is included.

"Splitter," not "spitter".
I never thought I’d fall in love with an HDMI splitter, but here we are. This little gadget has more features than my grandma’s fruitcake has ingredients.First off, let’s talk about the 8K60 and 4K120 support. I mean, who needs that many pixels that often? Apparently, I do. Watching my cat videos in 4K is a life-changing experience. I can now see every single fur strand in glorious detail. It’s like having a mini-IMAX theater in my living room, minus the sticky floors and overpriced popcorn.Setting up this splitter was easier than convincing my dog to eat bacon. Just plug it in, and boom, you’re ready to go. The EDID and HDCP2.3 support ensures that all my devices play nice with each other. No more HDMI handshake issues, which is a relief because I was starting to feel like a tech diplomat.

Not worth the price
The media could not be loaded. Do not buy this HDMI cable that will cost you 89.00 dollars when the actual item is less than 20.00 dollars. The seller is charging an exaggerated amount and doesn’t provide details as to what the extra charge is for. I am flagging this seller and will make sure to not buy anything from them. Please look for other sellers for the items you are looking for.

This is a high end (8K capable) HDMI splitter that lets you split a signal between multiple monitors or devices. Recommended.

Would not recommend
tldr: just don't buy it.I bought this because it claims HDCP support and downscaling. Here's my results for these 2:1. Tested using PS Vita TV and PS3. On the Vita, it does not strip it. On the PS3, it worked and if I switch to a Vita, it also works. I question their implementation as my other 1.4/2.0 hdmi splitters do not have this issue2. I do not have 720p only devices, but I have a Rokid Air and Rokid Max that support 1080p. Rokid Air displayed a partially corrupted image. It was like 21:9 and the areas to the right after 16:9 were corrupted. On the Rokid Max, only a blue 4:3 screen is displayed.3. On TVs, it works well enough but on my testing, there are times when my smart plug turns on all my switches/splitters, I often have to restart this switch.I have not tested 120hz downscaling yet as I do not have any content that's 120hz.

Effortless Entertainment on Multiple Screens
This HDMI splitter has simplified my entertainment setup immensely. I can now connect my gaming consoles, streaming devices, and other devices to both my TV and my monitor without any hassle. The video and audio quality are excellent, and I haven't experienced any lag or signal issues. It was very easy to set up, and it's made watching movies and playing games much more enjoyable.

Does not work well as an EDID Emulator
I wanted to use this for both the HDMI splitter function and also for the EDID emulation. My test setup included my laptop and 2 monitors, one that is 1080p and the other 2560x1440 but will accept and display 4K signals. My expectations for this device was that if powered on and a specific EDID was selected from the dip switches, it would provide that EDID to the PC regardless if there was a monitor attached or not. I was comparing this to a separate standalone EDID emulator which worked as expected including at 4K resolution. This device would not generate an EDID for my laptop unless a monitor is attached to the output. My standalone emulator worked as expected, emulating a monitor at the selected resolution as soon as it was connected. As far as I could tell, it seemed to work fine as a splitter at 1080p. It also passed the higher 2560x1440 resolution signal to the proper monitor.(This is an edited review based on further testing.)
