Perfect to titrate up to a larger dose
Most Molybdenum products contain too large of a dosage, wreaking havoc on the system.I purchased this product to clear out my CBS (transsulfuration) pathway. By starting at such a small dose (150mcg compared with, say, 1mg), my system was able to slowly detox, rather than detox dump.For more information on this, check out Dr. Amy Yasko's writeup. This is a terrific beginning molybdenum supplement.

Sinus aid
I read somewhere that this could help with sinus drainage and help to prevent sinus infections. Started using in March, 2012 and have had great results. Less drainage and no infections. Highly recommend!!!
