Initially had problem but in love with the Service and they resolved the issue
Previously I was not happy with the chair. But their service is damn good. They came up to resolve the issue within a very small time. Happy with the product now. Hopefully, won't face any issue. Some time product doesn't act the way we want but in the end, it's all about how the manufacturers are taking your review and what service they are providing to improve the product.

Wheel is falling off!
Disappointed that the wheel on the chair is falling off after only 1 month of usage. I have contacted the supplier for a response. Let us see how quick they are to respond. For the price of this chair, this is clearly unacceptable.

WORST PRODUCT
WORST CHAIR!!! DO NOT GET THIS PRODUCT EVEN IF IT IS GIVEN FOR FREE!After using the chair for more than two months, I can clearly see that the manufacturer has no idea of chair making... It is undoubtedly the most uncomfortable chair... It induces back pain.. you will end up seeing a doctor if you continue to use it. Since the seller has denied my return claim, now I have to look for a dumping place at home for this waste product,... NEVER WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON PRODUCTS LIKE THIS! I WISH SOMEONE HAD ALERTED ME BEFORE I MADE THE DECISION TO BUY THIS.

Comfortable, easy to install.
Chair is very comfortable. Easy installation.After using it for 6 months:Chair is in good condition. And very good service too. The base had some rusting, I sent out an email with couple of pictures, they promptly couriered the replacement with instructions on replacement. And were following up on it from their end and sent drive person for installation as I found it hard to replace myself. 5* for service!!

Amazing executive chair with height adjuster. The handle which use for height adjuster can also be used for making chair stillstand as well as in to and fro motion. Cushion of chair is satisfactory. Design of chair gives you comfortable seating and make you fresh. It fulfils all the requirement like wheels, height adjuster, metallic body, easy to assemble so it gets all the star.
