My husband and I have been traveling a lot lately now that all of the kids are out of the house and doing their own thing, and we needed something that would allow us to have room in the back seat for our dog to travel with us rather than stuffing all our luggage back there. This has made it so much easier to travel with our luggage and still have so much space in the car! It not only protects all our stuff from any bad weather but also gives us enough room to bring everything we need!

Well we drove about 960 miles with it on a rain and windy on day 1. Weather was better on day 2 but it still rained. It cracked in a few places and everything was wet when we reached our destination. In the garbage it went. There’s my assessment.

We used this on a road trip from NY to NC and I held up great! What I like about it is you don't have to have luggage racks installed on your car, it works with or without. .

The media could not be loaded. I used this with my Yakima Megawarrior roof basket and it fits perfectly! I recommend getting 4 cam buckles (Magma) for extra security. Although the built in quick release buckles may work depending on your load. I also considered using a cargo net, but the bag material seemed strong enough without one. On a 2000 mile trip through rain and storms, everything stayed dry. one last tip: set up early in the morning or late in the afternoon to avoid the midday heat.Update:I went out and used this the second time but after another 750 miles trip, I noticed a rip in the front seam of the product. Too bad it didn’t last that long. It was fun while it last though.still this is a solid 3 stars but unfortunately I cannot vouch on its durability.
