I bought this for myself at Christmas time . It was delivered in three days, very easy to use with clear instructions. Sent my information and sample back in pre paid envelope. Three weeks later got my results by email. Very happy with the speed of results.I would definitely recommend this product if you suffer with food allergies. As I have suffered for a long time and new I couldn't eat onions but since receiving my results have cut out other foods and is now tip top. ( onions was on the results list) . Well impressed with this product

This is a re-review. As was down first of all as no results rec’d. Luckily I took photos of all the paperwork before sending and contacted the company by a chat link they’d given. They couldn’t have been more helpful and sent my results via email straight away. Which confirmed what I expected with a few curve balls but totally helpful and made sense to me. Would recommend.

Terrible! Returned the samples on 10th December and still haven’t received my results and it’s 20th January! Even allowing for Christmas, it’s still over 4 weeks

Very disappointed. Only got results after chasing, very little explanation of results and very unhelpful customer service

Results came in on time with a nice report inviting you to contact for further advice only trouble is that when you email them it goes no further that an email acknowledging yours.

No contact from seller after not receiving any results

Got emails everyday for a month wanting to test for more stuff.
