Great investment for food safety
I got these thermometers for our refrigerator freezer in the garage to ensure it maintains the right temperature, especially since the garage can get very cold or hot depending on the weather. After using them for a few weeks, I’ve noticed that the temperature inside the fridge and freezer fluctuates slightly (by a degree or two) based on the outside conditions. However, we’ve set our fridge and freezer on the cooler side to compensate for that. We’ll continue using these throughout the winter to monitor how the cold affects the internal temperature. Overall, I’m pleased with this product, and for the cost, it’s a great investment in food safety.

Are your refrigerator & freezer set correctly?
Mine weren’t and I didn’t realize it.These helped me get my refrigerator temps where they need to be. I actually didn’t have my refrigerator cold enough so now I know. These stay out of the way so now I have one in the fridge and one in the freezer and the other one in the vegetable drawer, where things tend to freeze sometimes on the side closest to the freezer. I’ll always know from now on that my temps are set correctly. Also if my fridge ever starts to malfunction, I’ll have some warning early on before it totally goes out.The little hooks snap up and fit on the round cross piece, right under the trim of the shelf. Pretty nifty!Highly recommended to help keep the food at the correct temperature!

Easy readout but too costly.
Thermometers work well and keep track of your temperatures nicely. My only complaint is that they are a bit costly for a straightforward thermometer. They do get the job done and seem to last a good amount of time, but they are expensive.

Quality set of thermometers. Small size, easy to read and can hang or use stand
Good value set of fridge thermometers.I prefer smart thermometers for fridges and freezers because I can monitor temps if power goes out and keep track of max / min over time (as fridge cycles, etc). But those are usually $10-$15 per thermometerThese are a "dumb" cheaper option but these are quality and well designed thermometers. They track the max / min so you are able to see how hot or cold a fridge or freezer got over time. So you could still identify if your fridge has a cooling problem and if food may have been compromised. Can't get precise time data like a smart version but certainly can identify issues if you monitor well. The thermometers feel good quality. They numbers are large and clear. They can also be powered on / off via a button. Nearly all others I've ever owned would require you to remove batteries so that's nice. Also has a delete / reset max min button also. They have a hanging hook that also doubles as the leaning stand. These are well thought out and accurate thermometers. I tested and all were within about 0.7 degrees Fahrenheit of each other. I am pleased with the quality and price. I would recommend

Works as expected
At work we have 3 commercial fridges. Often one will need to be recharged as the temp starts to creep up. Only one of the 3 has an actual display saying what the temp is. We have a contractor on site that repairs them. The problem is nobody is really sure when they need servicing. Well, until now.I put one of these in each fridge and immediately found out one of them was only reaching about 53 degrees while the other two were down near 32. In the past it would have been weeks before the contactor would have been called. Not any more.

Just how cold is your freezer?
I just got a new freezer and wanted to know the temperature at the recommended setting and maybe adjust. I put one of these in there and waited for the temperature to settle. The recommended setting was right at 0 degrees, so I then dialed it a little colder, and now it reads -5 degrees. This seems like a way better way of determining the temp of my freezer than my old way: (see how hard the ice cream is to scoop out)
