Do not buy! I ordered a personal blender back in 2021 and got on quite well with it. I had an email from Blendjet in Feb 2023 advising me that my product was dangerous and was being recalled. I was instructed to destroy the product and send evidence to get a replacement part. It has now been ELEVEN MONTHS and I still have the broken useless appliance taking up space in my cupboard, and Blendjet are refusing to rectify the situation. They just keep making excuses that they're a small company and they can't give me a timescale.So moral of the story, do not buy from them. They are too small to be able to rectify issues and can't manage their supply chain, and the products are not safe. There are plenty of these types of products from other manufacturers. Go for a better known name like Nutribullet if you don't want to waste your money.I asked them to refund or replace my product and they refused with a whole raft of excuses and still no idea if it'll ever be resolved, so it's time to share my experiences and try to stop it happening to anyone else.

I bought one of these a while ago and got ia while it worked ok, but Blendjet then issued a recall because they were defective and claimed they would send me a replacement unit. Over 12 months later and despite multiple emails they have still not sent any replacement. Strongly recommend that you steer well clear and don't make the same mistake I did.
