I am not sure if it's my imagination but since starting these i feel much more focused and awake without the feeling of caffeine jitteriness. I take it at night and sleep fine. But some tell me it keeps them awake and they take it in the morning. Been feeling great since I started adding this to my regimen. Ordered another 2 bottles while on sale. Couldn't recommend these more. NMNH makes more sense than simply taking NAD. Why inject something your body can produce naturally. NMNH helps you produce NAD and it seems to be working great.

Love this product. I have noticed less brain fog, and as a plus my elasticity in my skin seems much better. I was a big Botox gal but can’t really afford to be anymore- incorporating this into my regime has been helpful

The capsules are very thick, large, and harsh to swallow. After taking two (the recommended dose), it feels like something is stuck in my stomach, which is quite uncomfortable. I’ve used similar supplements from other brands without any issues, but this one is hard to tolerate. Unfortunately, I won’t be repurchasing. I can’t take it .

But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to help you know the company and product better so you can determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.This bottle comes in a box, entirely encased in plastic. I see both as unnecessary expenses, especially for a non-glass bottle, with redundant information on the box.The bottle comes almost full to the neck, which is fairly rare nowadays.If used as directed it will last two months.The expiration date on mine is Oct 11, 2026.There is virtually no scent or taste to the capsules, and they are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says GMP-certified and made in USA.I look into the supplement companies I use because I've come across so many questionable ones. Their totaria site is functional and informative, and has their phone number. It says they originate from the USA, and have built advanced laboratories and invested in first-class experimental equipment for research and development. There is a lot of information in blogs and video, and I'm actually more impressed than I expected.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but I like the ingredients (including the lack of fillers and flow agents that many companies say they need to use, while the manufacturers of the highest quality supplements that I am aware of refuse to), am impressed by the company, and the price is good for two months' worth of capsules.Thank you for reading, I hope it was helpful.
