Bright colors on durable straws
Had a straw in an iced coffee (mind you that is an acidic drink) for about an hour and a half. The straw didn’t fall apart, sure it became bendy but that is to be expected from a paper straw. Note these are made in China. I like all the different colors..there are no blacks/grays/browns. You have bright yellow, royal blue, very light pink, magenta, light blue, light purple, purple (a bright one not deep purple), bright orange, light blue, green (not a true green, more like a brighter neon type). Most of the colors err on the side of a neon palette. So if you want like a Halloween purple/green/orange these are in that color family. If you want like a Christmas red and green, or July 4th red and blue, not going to have any straws like that. The lighter colors are definitely Spring and baby shower friendly.

I love straws but won’t use plastic
I love these, especially the fun patterns. I take them to work and keep them in the kitchen area for everyone to use since the cafeteria was using plastic straws. They have since switched to paper, but we still like these because of the fun patterns. As with any paper straw, they will get soggy if you are a slow drinker but they are so affordable, you can just get another one. I do have a reusable metal straw but prefer these. I am not sure what the flavor category is but I gave it a five because it has no flavor which is what I want.

I prefer paper straws
I have used stainless steel straws, but I prefer paper straws. The reason is that you need to clean the stainless steel straws after each use, which is very inconvenient. I compared all the paper straw brands and this is my favorite. They can stay in any drink for a long time. To be honest, sometimes I even want to wash them after using them, because they are intact. Another reason is that paper straws are great for travel. I just need to carry some in my backpack and throw it away after use. It's clean and healthy.

Cute patterns & Durable, too!
I really wanted to get away from plastic straws. While Target often has cute patterns of paper straws, which are also fairly good quality, this was such a great deal and the patterns are super cute. The straws themselves are a standard size and don't seem to unravel or get squishy, even if I take a while to finish my drink - or get a refill. I haven't used them in a carbonated beverage, so I don't know if that would alter their performance, but I give these two thumbs up!

Soggy
I drink a lot of Starbucks, so I of all people know that it does not last 36 hours in cold water. It maybe lasts 10 minutes before getting to the point where if you move your straw against the ice, it will bend. I highly suggest creating even less waste by buying reusable bamboo or silicone straws.

Fantastic straws in fun colors!
These straws were great. Very durable. I used them on a recent 15 day cruise now that most ships have done away with plastic straws and act like paper straws are made of gold and next to impossible to get. My straws came wrapped in sets of 50 - one color per pack. I shared them with some other couples and still have plenty left over for my next trip. These lasted long enough to enjoy your drink and most of the time to re-use it for a second drink as well. I definitely recommend them.

Sturdy and pretty straws
I have tried quite a few paper straws and these last three longest so far. They don't get soggy for a long time because of how thick they are. I left a straw in my water overnight and it was fine in the morning. There is a slight paper taste when you first user it, but that is better then the taste of plastic. Now I don't feel bad about using straws because they just go in the recycle afterwards.

Good deal - pleased with quality
Overall pleased with these straws. They do not have a "paper" taste. They do get a little soggy, but do not deteriorate. My kids have decided to not use plastic straws and these are a great alternative.
