Stok Quattro 4-Burner Gas Grill

Arrived with multiple dents, missing screws in lid handle, thermostat holes in lid misaligned and two extra unidentifiable parts

This is my second STOK Quattro. It is just as easy to use and both burners and grills are much better quality than were the first sets. The grill heats rapidly and evenly and is big enouggh to handle a lot of items. I like my STOK a lot.

I have owned this grill for over 4 years. This is an excellent grill in so many ways. From the inserts to the quality and customer service. I own 2 of these grills. The old version and the new version. I really like how the old version was updated to fix some areas of need like the open back end.Assembly: Was very quick and easy. Directions were easy to follow. Probably took me 45 minutes to put together. Screws and washers were fine. Everything was nicely labeled. One person job.Cooking: This grill cooks great. Like many grills, the back end tends to cooks warmer than other areas on my old grill. The new one is looking like it is cooking more evenly no matter where I put the food. It gets very warm, very quickly, even when only two burners are only on. When using the inserts, it is easy to pull out the entire insert if you need to when the food is done or simply use your grilling tools to pull of your food. Flare ups are easily taken care of it you clean the grates covering the burners.Quality: The build on this is completely strong. Recommendation, get the grill cover to keep the high quality of this product. I also clean mine after every use and clean the stainless steel each season when pulling it out and when putting it away. I see some complaints of rust and falling apart. 2 things should be taken into consideration. 1. Where are you keeping it during the winter? and 2. like anything, check all the screws and bolts when you bring it back out for the spring. My warming rack did rust, but that's because I left it out of the grill uncovered. Some of the screws did rust as well, but that is expected. On my one that is 4 years old, the burner did melt and break a part. HINT: any issues with this grill, call customer service, they have helped me with everything I have needed. The orange accents add a nice color to this grill and really make it stand out. The racks are solid, not as thick as I have seen on other grills, but these are still a great quality.Insert System: The insert system on the Quattro is simply a brilliant idea and I wonder why other companies did not think of it. I have cooked eggs, burgers, pizza, kabobs, veggies and many other things on this grill because of the inserts. The tool works great and is easy to take in and out. I bought this grill three years ago. They have a 10 year warranty on the burners. Free replacement. Good luck getting through when you call in there because it’s constantly busy no matter what time of day you call. I got so tired of my grill being out of commission then I called the parts warehouse and ordered the parts just so I could get them. Well their parts distributor takes two weeks to send the parts and they don’t send you the shipping details so you can’t even track it. I would never buy this grill again.

I've had this grill for nearly 5 years now and have replaced every component inside of it twice. The Chinese steel covered in the worst high temp paint I've ever seen (most burned off after first heat cycle).Spend the extra money and buy a Weber

After 1 year everything on the inside rusted out. Total POS, which is almost as bad as the customer service in the warranty department who would not replace the heat deflectors or bottom tray.

I absolutely love this grill! We purchased ours new from Target over 5 years ago now when it was only $229.99, which we thought was a steal for such a dynamic and versatile grill. It came with several attachments, each we've used a time or two over the years.As with any grill that gets used nearly every other day over the course of spring, summer and fall, maintenance and upkeep is required. For me this equates to getting out my wire brush out, some WD-40 and stainless steel clearer to give it a good rub down. By doing this, the only thing I've had to replace were the two burner covers. I purchased a new set for $15 on Amazon several weeks back which I would guess will last another few years.Our grill has been kept outside on our patio covered by the Stok Heavy Duty Grill Cover which has protected it from the elements rather nicely. That cover is just now starting to develop a few small tears near the seams, so I'll probably replace this item soon as well. All in all, I don't think I could be much more satisfied with a +/- $200 grill that comes with as many features as this one. Not a single other issue to report over the years.Signed,Very satisfied grill-master

Just like the majority of these reviews ours rusted out after only a couple years of use. We kept it covered and cleaned too. It's a POS!!!!
