GreenSoul Conqueror Series Multi-Functional Chair (GS-500) (Black & Blue) (Size - Medium)

After using this chair for about 2 weeks, penning down some pros and consPros:1) Delivery was swift, got in a few days2) Assembly is straight forward.3) Looks damn good.4) Great arm rests.5) Adequate back support.Cons:1) For me personally the biggest matter of concern is the seat cushioning. It is not adequately padded for comfort. I get tail bone pain within some time. Why adequate cushioning is not provided is beyond me as it is one of the most critical component of a chair.So whilst the chair ticks in most places, the lack of seat cushioning makes it untenable.

Update after a month :The issue was with the hydraulic piston as expected. The customer support took some time but replaced the piston issue 2 and 3 were clearedThis chair is better than an average office chairBuild Quality is Good but there are number of cons.1. Customer support is ok they repond but does not know anything about carpenter assembly date. Been waiting for 4 days for carpenter to assemble. Then assembled it myself.2. The chair does not raise to the full height (may be defective).3. Within a day chair makes noise if i lean.4. One of the side arm rest is compressing the leather base.5. Cannot sit for more than 2 hours as heat builds up and base is also not very comfortable to sit for long hours which is an important aspect for a gaming chair.

This gaming chair is worth the buy. Was doubtful on the quality and stuff cause of the price but then when I had got it it and assembled, (the assembly was super simple) the chair was epic. Been using it for about 1 week now, the hydraulics are good and the chair sitting is comfortable, the customer service was also good. They kept giving updates via WhatsApp. If your an entry level gamer or a gamer whose looking for this first gaming chair, go for this I'm sure you'll not get a better buy other than this. Overall this is one quality piece of work and a good company who shows the quality of customer satisfaction.

The chair is really comfortable, movement of wheels very smooth, height appropriate..assembling is easy if u r somewhat used to such things, I did this assembling for the first time and it took hardly 40-45 minutes to complete it..the video available to help in assembling is merely a mute demo and not very helpful, it must be improved to explain the parts of the product vis-a-vis their placement..if u need a gaming chair, this one is worth buying at its reasonable cost and appropriate quality..a small cushion could have been added by the manufacturers, though..overall, worth five stars..

Indian adult people won't find useful to lower the chair height. Maximum height of chair is normal height, so height should be more (considering taller people).Seat cushion is not good. Continuous sitting on chair will lead to deformation of the same and will give feeling of sitting on plastic chair. I have to use plastic chair with small pillow kept over seat (to absorb the sweat) which gives better sitting comfort to your butt.From first day itself, I found issue in the screw of one handle as visible in the screw it's damaged. It would be very useful if extra screws were provided with chair.

Writing this review after using it for 4 months, Chair is nice and comfortable. I use it for almost 7-8 hrs a day as I am working from home bcoz of lockdown. The only con is during summer I had to put a cotton towel on seat as the leather material felt sweaty/hot.

This product is one of the best comfortable chairs I have ever bought. I have only complaint that you have made this so comfortable that I am not feeling like getting up from this chair. Just a joke. Great job team. There was a representative who was continuously following up which have a good feeling that someone cares.
