We moved into a thatched cottage which needs a fair bit of work. Bedrooms are damp so we bought this for the one we use (all the others are full of boxes); it's worked better than expected so we were going to buy another one, unfortunately they're out of stock.

Very nice gadget it does collect a lot of moisture and I ordered 1more. The only downside is that this product is running on a 9Volt adaptor and in the instructions said that the aircomfort runs on a 22.5 Volt and that's why it over heat, so if you go out for more than 4 hours make sure to switch it off.

The dehumidifier was ok, easy to use. However, I leave it in my bedroom for an entire day every day, but when I go home I still find the reading on my meter doesn’t change. Will return it. I am surprised that so many comments say it works very well, but for me, it just doesn’t change anything, waste of energy. It is also difficult to empty the tank.

Very small don’t extract a lot of water , not really worth the money

Great product. Purchased to use in basement studio, because it was smelling of damp. Works very well as I am having to empty the container every two to three days. Now smells a lot sweeter!

When you wake up in the caravan and the windows are clear, then you see how much water is trapped in the clear tank, ...this was a good buy! Even running it occasionally when the van is in the drive, keeps it bone dry. Recommended!

Stopped working after a few days and sent back for a refund. Wouldn’t buy again as the plug was overheating which is probably why it stopped working. It’s too small for even one room to sort out excess moisture. Should have bought a larger one
