The cord did not work. I had to disconnect and reconnect and still hardly got a dial tone. Not using item.

I needed a telephone extension cable, and this item was perfect for the job. A++

Used this phone line cord to facilitate placing my landlord's phone in a place much better suited to the surroundings as the jack is on a wall where original kitchen phone was placed. This phone line cord was the perfect length, and was easy to place in a manner that was not obtrusive, or obvious, in order to connect the land line to the jack in a setting much more convenient to access.
