August update:. My air fryer still works well; however, the finish on both the unit and the fry basket continues to chip. I think this is a problem with air fryers in general, because my daughter, who has a different brand, also has this problem. However, I paid 70 more dollars for an Emeril thinking that the quality would be there. Just sayin'.A big thumbs down on this product. I actually loved the unit and it cooks everything perfectly, but it started chipping in the basket and also below the basket in the unit itself. I used no metal utensils, and I did not use spray on oil, which some people said caused shipping in their units. I called Amazon; they told me I had to deal directly with the manufacturer, and if I couldn't get satisfaction from them to call Amazon back, which is what I'm going to do. The manufacturer is telling me that they will replace the basket but not the bottom of the unit, and, oh, by the way, you have to pay shipping to send it back to us, which is not refundable. When I buy a product that is not quality and it is defective, and I have to send it back because of that through no fault of my own, I am not paying shipping to send it back. You either stand behind your product or you don't. Shame on you Emeril!I will just call Amazon and get a refund for the product.

Always wanted an Air Fryer and this holiday experienced the awesomeness of this brand of device. Unexpectedly, it was bought by my folks as a present & set up was simple. My first use and everyone thereafter has been incredible. Whether reheating food or preparing uncooked food, this thing is perfect. I basically can use a toaster oven or the air fryer for making my food. Chicken, fish have all been perfectly prepared and piping hot. You will be AMAZED!

One of the best purchases I have made. I use it daily for everything. It’s nice because you don’t have to wait for it to preheat. Makes the best grilled cheese sandwiches.

Using this instead of the oven to make my chicken wings is a breeze now. They taste like they came out of the fryer and clean up is simple.

I love this air fryer! I have done chicken wings, a 4 lb. chicken, the Parmesan pork chop recipe that comes with it, and used the reheat setting for the pork chops. Everything turned out golden brown and very good. It's very easy to use and cleanup is easy. If you live at high altitude though you need to adjust the cooking time to longer than what is suggested in the manual by 3 to 8 minutes. Other than that, it is a great kitchen addition!

I’ve had this air fryer for couple of months now. I’ve had no problems with the basket removal or insertion. It’s easy to use with its pre program menu. Best fries, and potatoes, chicken wings, chicken breasts, frozen foods like onion rings, fries come out restaurant quality, easy clean up. I’m still trying to adjust to the heat change for roasts . It cooks so hot, if you’re not careful you’ll sear the meat, and by the time the inside is at the correct temp the roast to to dry. So adjusting the temperature is critical for long cooks. Best advice is to check internet for air fried recipes, and make an accurate plan for temp, and time for cooking what you want. This appliance is better than I ever imagined, simply love it, and low calorie.

not good instructions. Terrible smell like plastic burning and nowhere did it say to put it on a fireproof surface. Hopefully that will disapate after use

This product is extremely easy to use. The directions are easy to follow as are the recipes.
