I use House Autry mix on wings. It’s a good coating mix with just the right amount of flavor. One pouch lasts a good while. Wish I could find it in extra hot.

My mother-in-law uses this and talked me into trying it. It was a big hit with my fried chicken, although I have to say that it could be a little hotter. I would put this in a "mild" category vice "medium" hot but I still give it 4 stars for the nice crunchy texture it gives. We don't fry often, but when we do, this product saves the time it would normally take to make the flour mixture your self. (Note: it is a little salty so if you usually add salt to your flour mixtures, I'd wait and taste the cooked product first.)

This stuff is good but the spicy is better but hard to find.

Love this product for my chicken and seafood. Very expensive and cheaper at a local store. It was worth since I was cooking for the holidays..
