Fairly flexible but gives good support.Not sure how much better this is than belts for half the priced so can't really comment on value but I'm happy with the quality for around £25.I'm about 33/34" at belly button and a medium fits with a small overlap of the ends which I'd say is about right.

Excellent product. The guidance that goes with the description was sufficient to ensure I ordered the right belt. - large in my case.The Velcro based strap is real ingenuity ensuring that the belt fits perfectly around the wait. I have used buckle based belts in the past and often I'm in between belt hole sizes making the belt either too loose or over tight.I have seen a real difference in terms no signs of stress in the lumber area since switching to this belt.

Excellent product. Very stylish and gorgeous colour. Looks like picture. It's very comfortable and easy to adjust. I where it for lifting weights but also to support my back when jogging or doing impact workouts and it has reduced back pain and discomfort quite alot.

The belt fits perfectly. You need to choose the correct size. The Velcro holds well and the belt provides good back support. Good investment for wight training. Very pleased. Thanks

I wanted a change for the bulky heavy lather belts I've used before and this has ticked all the right boxes.The Velcro strap was my biggest pre-purchase concern since my previous belts have all had buckles but this is very strong and so far reliable.

In all practical terms, this belt works like a dream, effectively covering troublespots in the back area when lifting heavy loads.

All in all a great belt for starting to work out with small weights for beginners
