No se si esto ayuda, me las tome como cápsulas y me dieron como mareos, y me dieron un super boost de energía ( creo que no estoy super acostumbrada a estar asi llena de energía), me las tomé en forma de té ( en el bote te explican como hacerlo así) y fue un éxito, yo normalmente tomó té verde así que lo sentí mejor asi

I started my workout so I decided to purchase this green tea supplement and it's been very good to me it has little to no taste, it boosts my energy levels and is very easy on my stomach. I take these in the morning then workout I the afternoon.
