Taste good
I normally don't like this type of meat, "Summer Sauage" but had gotten for hubby, who loves it. I tasted this brand and it wasn't bad at all. Now I'm going to keep some on hand when we want to snack.

😂 we got it.. slice it up.. and even though it weighed a pound.. it didn't last one day in my family! They absolutely loved it!! I only bought one thinking maybe we wouldn't like it.. I was wrong! We loved it!! It wasn't slimy it wasn't two peppersish tasting.. going to smell great!

Great taste!
The person I bought this for usually likes another well-known brand, but I liked the reviews I read on this, and it's a smaller company. He loved it! Even more than his previous brand, so we're both happy with it. He liked the overall taste and texture (firmness) of it. Don't know about shelf life because it was for Xmas and only 1 inch left! This was a great value for a gift anytime!

Great recepies
The best my family and I enjoyed it all the time.I use in garbanzo soup(just a little) noodles add chicken stock put to boil set to low cut the sausage into slices, l add the noodles a piece bok Choy a green onion cut the green and white, snow peas shot, a couple of shredded red cabbage. For noodles I use Ramen. Add the ingredients at the end. Enjoy.
